Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers through inbound and outbound calls. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting inbound and outbound customer service calls with customers, using your creative problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide sound solutions.
  • Assessing customer needs quickly and providing high-level customer service to meet their expectations.
  • Documenting details of all calls and customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously to provide seamless customer service.
  • Collaborating with our clients' teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple tabs, windows, and systems simultaneously.
  • Basic typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
  • Excellent customer service and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize and remain patient with difficult callers.
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will be highly valued:

  • Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center operations and best practices.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Call Center Professional (CCCP).
  • Experience working with multiple clients, with a strong understanding of client relationships and expectations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for your own tax obligations, with the ability to submit invoices and receive payment for completed services. Our programs have varying pay structures, but most programs pay for time spent talking on the phone and assisting callers. You may also receive performance-based pay or other incentives, depending on your performance and the specific program you're working on.

Application and Certification Process

To become an Independent Contractor with arenaflex, you'll need to complete the following steps:

  • Complete an application to join arenaflex Nation, which includes passing a background/credit check.
  • Pay a $45 processing fee directly to our vendor, to cover the cost of the background/credit check.
  • Sign an Independent Contractor Agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of your engagement.
  • Complete a W9 form, to provide us with your tax information.
  • Opportunities that you choose may have additional requirements, including certification specific to a program.

Availability

Independent Contractors choose their own schedule by self-scheduling in 30-minute blocks. As an Independent Contractor, you get to dictate when and how often you commit to servicing our clients, with the ability to work at your own pace and schedule.

Program Metrics Requirements

Some programs may require Independent Contractors to provide services above posted minimum standards to maintain eligibility. These requirements will be outlined in the program details, and you'll need to meet these requirements to continue working on the program.
