Position: Remote Customer Service Representative

This entry-level role requires no prior experience and includes comprehensive full training. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll engage with clients through phone, email, and Zoom to answer benefit questions, assist with policy updates, enrollments, and client inquiries, and provide clear, accurate information and ensure top-tier service. You'll also maintain organized and secure client records and thrive in a remote environment while working independently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

* No experience necessary – we train you from the ground up

  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
