Digital Marketing Associate

Involved in strategies, solutions, and execution to improve the usability, design, content, and conversion rates of online and eCommerce assets.

Responsible for on-going web site development, enhancements and run the business maintenance of enterprise and Lines of Business (LOB) websites Partner with Web development professionals while contributing to high-traffic, high-profile websites Work with User Experience team members through the stages of design, development, QA testing, implementation and maintenance Adhere to best practices for maintaining front-end code Translate user experience descriptions into front-end code that is cross-browser compatible Provide assistance and web development consultation to other departments on web-related topics Serve as the publisher of a website or page, accountable for accurate content and language Incorporate search engine optimization (SEO) tactics into the content management support for the website Gather information for needs assessments, and support the development of objectives and timelines for web projects Implement and maintain webpage graphics; maintain themes, styles and images for websites

Job Specifications Typically has the following skills or abilities: Bachelor's degree in New Media, Visual Communications, Design, Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience 2+ years professional experience in Digital Media production with some experience in Internet technologies, development and support Experience with audio, video and other multi-media formats Art Direction experience in both print and digital media Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite products such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop Ability to work with a high sense of urgency, handling multiple priorities, changing deadlines and constant interruption Ability to multi-task effectively Experience working on and leading cross-department relationships to accomplish design projects Excellent presentation and conceptual skills Exposure to application interface and online advertisement design A broad knowledge of current design trends and techniques for web Understanding of Web site priorities, product development, audience needs, site traffic and page views Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment the in performance of his/her job duties

Compensation range for the role is listed below. Applicable salary ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Salary Ranges: $58,656.00 - $92,328.00
