Job Title: Litigation Discovery ClerkType of Position: FULL TIMEHours: REMOTE: Monday – Friday: 8:30am – 5:00 pm Pacific TimePay: $22 - $44 an hour Job Description:Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assembling written requests for information using forms and templates;
- Forming Word documents for clients to respond to questionnaire packets;
- Speaking with Clients to obtain documents and signatures;
- Assembling and organizing client’s files;
- Request and obtain medical Discovery and bills from lien providers and non-lien providers
- Providing status updates to clients
- Drafting request letters
- Proficient in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to keep and follow an efficient calendar
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor on the phone and in all communications
- Ability to meet deadlines and quotas
- Ability to multitask
