Job Summary

As a Customer Marketing Lead at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in leading client adoption, advocacy, and retention efforts. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute customer marketing strategies, leveraging your expertise in customer marketing to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the arenaflex Content Marketing team to drive client inclusions in blogs, videos, conferences, eBooks, PR, user conferences, and more.

  • Develop and execute a client communication strategy: newsletters, emails, and in-app messaging.
  • Source, develop, and showcase client stories that highlight product value and promote internally to ensure all employees are aware and up to speed.
  • Support product launches that leverage our community for early adoption and feedback.
  • Collaborate with product management to develop product and feature adoption strategies, tactics, and KPIs.
  • Partner with the revenue marketing team to develop expansion campaigns that generate incremental revenue and educate our clients on new products and capabilities.
  • Measure and drive program effectiveness with clear KPIs to track performance, determine business impact, and ROI.
  • Effectively identify, recruit, track, and enable client advocates and peer reviewers in a way that elevates their story and builds SaaS superheroes for arenaflex.
  • Own Customer Advisory Board and create structured feedback loops programs like webinars and peer-to-peer roundtables.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing with at least 2 years focused on customer marketing

  • Strong written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities
  • Well organized, self-driven, and committed to detail and excellence with experience driving internal processes
  • Proven track record in building clear ROI for customer marketing and growth strategies
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, 6sense (or other ABM tech), AppCues (or other in-app messaging technology), Webinar technology
  • Deep interest in and growing understanding of how to use AI tools to accelerate marketing initiatives

Nice to Have

• Experience with tracking and measuring user engagement and adoption

  • Experience using customer segmentation to tailor marketing efforts
