Daily Tasks
As a remote technical support representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Walking customers through password resets, tool setup, and feature access

Choose your own shifts weekly through our internal dashboard, with options for early mornings, nights, weekends, and standard work hours. Minimum commitment is 15 hours per week.
Training Program
Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role. You'll receive:
