Job Summary

We're seeking an entry-level Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team in Raleigh, NC. As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data entered into our system. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering data accurately and efficiently into our system, ensuring the highest level of data quality and integrity.
  • Verifying the accuracy and completeness of data entered, identifying and correcting errors in a timely manner.
  • Managing and organizing large amounts of data, maintaining confidentiality and security of all data entered.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed, such as responding to emails, making phone calls, and performing data entry-related tasks.
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless data entry processes and high-quality results.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
  • Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Good communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
