Job Description:

As an Experienced Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for engaging and connecting with our audience through our online live chat platform. You will be the first point of contact for our viewers, handling their inquiries, comments, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with the social media and marketing team to ensure consistent and effective communication with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with the Audience:

Monitor and respond to the live chat on our website and social media platforms during specified hours, providing prompt and informative responses to their queries and comments. -

Monitor and Moderate:

Monitor and moderate any inappropriate or offensive messages, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for our viewers. -

Troubleshoot Technical Issues:

Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team member if needed, ensuring a seamless experience for our audience. -

Keep Track of FAQs:

Keep track of common FAQs and provide suggestions for improvements on our website, ensuring that our audience has access to accurate and up-to-date information. -

Collaborate with Teams:

Work closely with the social media and marketing team to ensure consistent and effective communication with our audience, aligning our messaging and strategies to meet our business objectives. -

Analyze Data:

Collect and analyze data from the live chat conversations to gain insights and improve our audience engagement strategies, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth. -

Stay Up-to-Date:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platforms, and new technology to continuously improve the live chat experience for our viewers, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of innovation and best practices.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field. -

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or online support role. -

Communication Skills:

Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively. -

Technical Skills:
