  • Responding to live inquiries from customers, using guides and scripts to assist them quickly and clearly
  • Assisting with product navigation, directing users to product pages, articles, or FAQ content
  • Tagging and logging conversations with a topic and a one-line summary, to help internal teams review cases and improve service
  • Passing along unresolved issues to specialists using the platform's internal routing system
