Position Overview
We are hiring Experienced Full Stack Customer Service & Benefits Advisors to help serve and support our growing client base. As a member of our remote team, you will receive hands-on training, a proven support system, and the opportunity to earn a six-figure income within your first year – all from the comfort of your home.
What You’ll Do
As a Customer Service & Benefits Advisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting virtual consultations with union members and working-class families via Zoom to present benefit options tailored to each client's needs
- Educating clients on life, health, accident, and income protection plans to ensure they make informed decisions about their benefits
- Providing top-tier customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty
- Maintaining accurate records using a CRM platform to track client interactions and progress
- Collaborating with team leaders and participating in weekly performance meetings to stay informed about company goals and objectives
- Growing into leadership roles with mentorship and guidance to take your career to the next level
Compensation & Benefits
As a valued member of our remote team, you can expect:
- A competitive annual salary of $60,000 to $150,000+ (uncapped commission + performance bonuses)

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment to meet client needs
- Positive, self-starting mindset to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing industry
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or administration is a plus
- Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
