Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team in Idaho. As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions to the best of your ability
  • Utilize arenaflex's customer relationship management (CRM) system to track and manage customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of call center experience

  • 6 months of customer service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • High-speed internet access (minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and minimum download speed of 30 mbps)
  • A quiet space within the home free of distractions to take incoming calls
  • Prior arenaflex employees must have 6 months of experience with arenaflex

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of call center experience

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
