Job Summary

We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant to join our remote team. As a key member of our support staff, you'll be responsible for ensuring data accuracy and integrity within our systems, maintaining and organizing data files and records, and collaborating with team members to clarify information and resolve any discrepancies. If you're a motivated and self-driven individual with excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for data entry, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk / Administrative Assistant at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering, verifying, and updating data in various systems and databases accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining and organizing data files and records, ensuring completeness and accuracy
  • Reviewing data for errors, inconsistencies, and missing information, and taking corrective actions
  • Collaborating with team members to clarify information and resolve any discrepancies
  • Performing regular quality checks to ensure data accuracy and reliability
  • Assisting with data reporting as needed
  • Following data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain confidentiality and data security

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Familiarity with cloud-based storage solutions (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or database management
