Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Associate, you'll play an essential role in ensuring customer satisfaction by:

  • Handling inbound calls, emails, and live chats with professionalism and empathy.
  • Providing accurate answers to questions regarding accounts, billing, orders, and services.
  • Assisting customers with technical support and troubleshooting common issues.
  • Escalating unresolved concerns to supervisors or specialist teams when necessary.
  • Logging all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Meeting productivity and quality standards while delivering excellent service.
  • Contributing to a positive, customer-first environment.

Skills & Qualifications

We're open to both entry-level applicants and experienced professionals. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable computer, headset, and internet connection.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, previous customer service or call center experience is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools, help desk platforms, or virtual support systems is also beneficial. Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Compensation

We believe in fair and competitive pay for all team members. Our hourly rate ranges from $16 to $19 per hour, based on performance and experience. You'll also receive:

  • Overtime pay for extra hours worked.

  • Payment frequency: weekly or bi-weekly direct deposit.
