Key Responsibilities – Customer Service Representative
* Assisting Customers: Assist AEP customers with service-related questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues.
* Providing Exceptional Support: Provide friendly, exceptional support over the phone—no sales required.

Education and Experience – Customer Service Representative
* Ideal Candidate: Has at least 2 years of experience in customer service and is ready to apply their skills in a new and exciting way.

* Previous Experience: Previous experience in positions such as using a computer full-time, Customer Service Representative (CSR), Call Center, Call Center Representative, or similar roles is preferred.
