Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries promptly via live chat and messaging platforms, ensuring timely and professional communication.
• Assisting customers with order placement, product information, refunds, and troubleshooting, providing accurate and helpful solutions.
• Maintaining a positive and professional tone while ensuring high-quality communication, even in challenging situations.
• Escalating complex queries to the relevant support team when necessary, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
• Accurately documenting interactions and maintaining customer records in our system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Meeting daily productivity and quality targets set by the support team, demonstrating a commitment to excellence.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent written English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Strong typing speed and accuracy to handle multiple chat interactions, ensuring efficient and effective communication.
• Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms and online shopping processes, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• A customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities, able to think critically and creatively.
• Ability to work independently and maintain focus during evening shifts, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
• Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or eCommerce support is preferred but not mandatory; freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Experience

While prior experience in customer service or live chat support is beneficial, it's not a requirement. We're open to freshers with excellent communication skills who are eager to learn and grow with our team.

Working Hours

As a part-time evening remote role, you'll work 4-5 hours daily between 6 PM and 11 PM (Flexible schedule). This allows you to balance your work and personal life while contributing to our global customer service team.
