Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Data Entry and Maintenance: Accurately input, update, and maintain data within our systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
• Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and submit reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including stock, estimating, marketing, finance, store brands, store configuration, advertising, and store operations.
• Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research client product preferences, provider costs, and market conditions.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Retail Math Experience: Working knowledge of retail math concepts and demonstrated application.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; some experience with data entry or other data management software.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and analysis.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Data Analysis Experience: Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to identify trends and insights.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the healthcare industry, including retail pharmacies, PBMs, and medical insurance.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
