Job Overview

As a Medical Call Center Customer Support Specialist with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing timely support to patients. You'll be working with a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client, assisting patients with their concerns regarding their prescription benefits. Key Responsibilities

* Provide excellent customer service and patient support through inbound and outbound calls

  • Verify patient information and gather and review patient billing and medical information
  • Operate according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions and concerns
  • Collaborate with the training team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year or more of recent call center experience (no exceptions)

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills for common remote work issues
  • High-speed internet with a wired connection (mobile hotspots not accepted)
  • Private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace
  • Ability to log in and work full scheduled shifts without interruptions

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
