As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that data is entered, updated, and maintained in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities:

* Accurately input data into spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate.

  • Verify data by comparing it to source documents, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of company and customer information, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.
  • Generate reports and summaries as needed, providing valuable insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Respond to information requests and perform regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, providing regular updates and progress reports.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance data management and administration.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree is a plus).

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and/or Google Workspace, with strong typing skills (40+ WPM preferred).
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a keen eye for spotting errors and discrepancies.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Reliable internet connection and a computer or laptop, with a quiet and distraction-free workspace.
