Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Assistant at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our team's efforts by accurately and efficiently entering customer and account data from source documents. Key Responsibilities

* Enter customer and account data from source documents within specified time limits

  • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed

Essential Qualifications

* Experience with MS Office and data programs (e.g., Excel, Access)

  • Familiarity with administrative duties, including email handling and calendar management
  • Experience using office equipment, such as scanners
  • Strong typing speed and accuracy
  • Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
