You'll work closely with our team to follow provided steps and instructions, leveraging your problem-solving skills to turn questions into solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts

  • Provide timely and effective support to users, ensuring that their queries are resolved efficiently and to their satisfaction

Contract Length and Rate:

* No fixed term contract

  • Competitive hourly rate of $35 per hour

Skills and Background:

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 10+ hours availability per week

* 10+ hours per week

  • Remote work online (United States preferred)
