Job Description

As a Full Stack Software Engineer at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in the development of our web and cloud applications. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions. Your expertise will be essential in driving the success of our projects, and you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead the development of web and cloud applications, working closely with our engineering team to design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and objectives for software projects, and contribute to the development of multi-year roadmaps.
• Participate in code reviews, risk assessments, and architectural planning to ensure the quality and security of our software solutions.
• Represent your team and technology in cross-functional meetings, discussing bugs and technical challenges in-depth and providing expert advice.
• Engage with external customers, collaborating with various teams across software, services, and AI/ML to deliver exceptional results.
• Help define requirements and objectives for cross-functional software projects, and contribute to the design and execution phases of software development.
• Oversee the work of some of the brightest engineers in the industry, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

* Strong understanding of operating systems fundamentals and mobile device support constraints.

• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional projects, managing partnerships while staying hands-on technically.
• Clear decision-making based on data rather than intuition.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions.
• Enthusiasm for working in a diverse, global team, fostering collaboration, and supporting your engineers.

Preferred Qualifications:

* 2+ years of engineering management experience.

• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent.
• Experience with API development and working with API consumers.

Skills and Competencies:

* Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C++.

• Experience with web development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Familiarity with data analysis and machine learning techniques.
