As a Virtual Personal Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers through live chat, providing prompt and friendly assistance, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding users with clear, concise communication. What You'll Be Doing
As a Virtual Personal Chat Specialist, you'll be handling incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers. You'll be working independently, but as part of a larger team, to provide exceptional customer experiences.
Contract Length and Rate
* No fixed term contract
- $35 per hour rate
Skills and Background Needed
* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
- Have 10+ hours availability per week
- Reliable internet connection
