Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving technical issues, and delivering product and service information in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

  • Provide accurate and timely information about arenaflex products and services, including features, benefits, and usage guidelines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns, working closely with internal teams to ensure that customers receive the best possible support.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information to ensure seamless support.
