Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service calls to support citizens with questions about speed camera enforcement tickets, ensuring that they receive clear and respectful assistance.
  • Reviewing, validating, and approving automated speed enforcement events for compliance and accuracy, applying your knowledge of law enforcement procedures to ensure fair and consistent event reviews.
  • Accurately documenting case details and escalating issues as necessary, utilizing Dacra Tech software platforms to manage cases and approvals.
  • Educating citizens on ASE processes while maintaining professionalism and empathy, contributing to team efforts that improve service quality and community trust.
  • Utilizing your technical skills to navigate software platforms, including Microsoft Office applications, to efficiently manage cases and approvals.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Former sworn police officer experience, with a strong understanding of law enforcement procedures and protocols.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (oral and written) required, with the ability to communicate effectively with citizens from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting after training.
  • Tech-savvy, with comfort using software applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Prior call center or public-facing customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Work Environment & Training

As a full-time remote role, you'll enjoy the flexibility to work from anywhere, with ongoing virtual training and support provided. You'll also participate in a 2-day in-person training at arenaflex headquarters in Itasca, IL, to ensure a smooth transition into the role.
