Your Role as a Banking Customer Service Representative

As a Banking Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of our team, interacting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers to understand their needs and concerns
  • Calmly resolving and de-escalating any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and processing payments
  • Tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling when required

What We're Looking For

We're seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • IT/Network certifications/degrees preferred
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proven call center experience
  • Typing 25 WPM
  • Proficient in PC operation and navigation
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting
  • Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
  • Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
  • Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Strong listening skills
