Job Summary
As an Overnight Weekend Holiday Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support to our clients. This is a remote position, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home. We're looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual who is available to work overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide top-notch support to our clients and their customers
- File disputes and shut down debit cards for safety
- Maintain an empathetic and professional tone throughout all calls
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required, Associates Degree preferred
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Background check required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to use WIRED High-Speed Internet Connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps Download / 25 Mbps Upload (No Wifi)
- Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 16 or higher) Smartphone
- Either a Smartphone with Unlimited Minutes, or Landline Phone
- Ability to problem solve
Preferred Qualifications
* 3+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of experience with PC or Laptop
- Experience working in a remote call center environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Training and Onboarding
* Training start date: Tuesday 9/9/25 at 5PM
- Week 1 Training Schedule:
+ TUE 9/9/25: 5PM-10PM + WED 9/10/25: 9PM-2AM + THU 9/11/25: 9PM-2AM + FRI: OFF
- Week 2 Training Schedule:
+ SAT 9/13/25: 5PM-10PM + SUN 9/14/25: 5PM-10PM + MON 9/15/25: 9PM-2AM + TUE 9/16/25: 9PM-2AM + WED-FRI: OFF
Potential Work Schedules
* FT Schedule Open: + Saturday: 5PM-2AM + Sunday: 5PM-2AM + Monday & Tuesday: OFF + Wednesday: 9PM-6AM + Thursday: 9PM-6AM + Friday: 9PM-6AM
- FT Schedule Close:
+ Saturday: 12AM-9AM + Sunday: 12AM-9AM + Monday: 12:30AM - 6AM + Tuesday: OFF + Wednesday: 9PM-6AM + Thursday: 9PM-6AM + Friday: OFF
