The Role

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our German-speaking customers. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling requests via email, WhatsApp, live chat, and phone. You'll work independently, think creatively, and be proactive in resolving customer issues. You'll also be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer experiences to German-speaking customers via email, WhatsApp, live chat, and phone

  • Handle customer requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work independently, think creatively, and be proactive in resolving customer issues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in company and team meetings to share feedback and learn from others
  • Attend training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Fluency in German (written and spoken)

  • Strong verbal communication and writing skills in English
  • Background in a customer service-oriented position (desirable)
  • Comfortable working towards quality and productivity targets
  • Solution-oriented and friendly attitude
  • Proactive and definite 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
