Position Overview

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional student experiences and driving career growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming each student on call before the batch start date and assisting them with onboarding formalities
  • Tracking individual student progress for multiple cohorts and maximizing completion rates
  • Keeping dropouts and deferrals to a minimum by offering additional guidance and support
  • Gathering reviews and referrals from students and working closely with internal teams to continuously improve the learning experience
  • Maintaining daily trackers using Google Sheets, CRM, and other tools
  • Communicating with students via calls, email, direct message, video, or a mix of communication strategies
  • Mentoring and motivating students, connecting them to guidance coaches and career coaches as needed
  • Serving as the single point of contact for all student queries and concerns

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2-7 years of experience in customer success, customer service, sales, and/or other customer-facing roles
  • Experience building out and tracking information in Excel and/or data collection
  • Experience working in operations, performance coaching, and/or program management is a plus
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Business Management, and Information Systems (OMIS), or other related fields is a plus
  • Availability to work evenings PST with some morning meetings PST (US Hours)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the EdTech industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of AI upskilling and career development concepts
  • Experience with Google Sheets and other data collection tools
  • Certification in customer success or a related field
