Our Call & Contact Centers serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their expectations are met and managed throughout the lifespan of their projects.

The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer requests, and providing timely and accurate information to clients. Your excellent communication skills, adaptability, and positive attitude will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner

  • Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and customer needs
  • Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills, consistently providing clear and concise information to clients
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information
  • Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing guidelines and customer needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Proficiency in using computer software and systems, including CRM platforms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the home improvement industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of lead and workflow management systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish or other languages)
