Your Role as an iGaming Customer Support Agent (Nights)
As an iGaming Customer Support Agent (Nights) at arenaflex, you'll be an integral part of our customer-focused team, working closely with customers to address their concerns and provide professional, friendly assistance. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Listening and responding to customers' needs and concerns, offering exceptional support at all times
- Providing support to customers across multiple brands and gaming verticals via live chat and email, managing an average of 100 cases per shift
- Collaborating with internal and external teams to resolve customer issues and meet their needs effectively
- Contributing innovative ideas and providing constructive feedback to improve our processes and enhance the customer experience

- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
