Position Description

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-centric individuals to join our team as At-Home Contact Center Specialists. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services that our clients offer through outbound and inbound calls. Your tasks will include:

  • Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Qualifying insurance leads
  • Recruiting patients for medical studies
  • Setting medical appointments
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support

Wage and Benefits

* Competitive hourly wage of $10.00 per hour ($7.25 per hour during training)

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
  • Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once nesting period is complete
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
  • Own a computer at home that meets the minimum workstation requirements:

+ Processor: Intel Core i5 2.1GHz or better or AMD equivalent (Ryzen 5 or better) + Operating System: Windows 10 (32-bit / 64-bit) or higher + RAM: 8GB or more

  • Webcam
  • High-speed internet access with download speed of at least 100 and upload speed of at least 10
  • Quiet workspace with a dedicated desk

Training and Onboarding

As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be required to attend a full 2-week mandatory virtual training program, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST (8am-4pm CST). This comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in this role.
