Job Summary

As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager for Training & Plant Simulators, you will be responsible for leading a team to develop and propose innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of operating plant customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, develop technical content, and create competitive bids that meet or exceed customer expectations. With a focus on technical sales, product management, and engineering, you will play a key role in shaping arenaflex's competitive offerings and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team to develop and propose innovative solutions that meet the unique needs of operating plant customers

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, develop technical content, and create competitive bids
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Nuclear Power Plant design, market, and customers
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline

  • 10+ years relevant experience in product management, product engineering, product resource management, business or operation with increasing progression and complexity and levels
  • Strong knowledge of Nuclear Power Plant design, market, and customers
  • Proven track record of success in technical sales, product management, and engineering
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
