As an Account Manager - Customer Success at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow rapidly, it's essential that we have a strong customer success team in place to support our clients and help them get the most out of our software. As an Account Manager - Customer Success, you'll be at the forefront of this effort, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions.

Your responsibilities

As an Account Manager - Customer Success, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, including identifying new opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Contributing to the reduction of churn and downgrade requests by proactively contacting clients and providing them with solutions to their concerns
  • Providing feedback to our product development team on client needs and pain points, helping us to improve our software and services
  • Collaborating with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Your profile

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong background in sales, with experience in complex sales environments and a proven track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A strong understanding of the financial technology industry, with knowledge of current trends and innovations
  • Experience working with SMEs and financial institutions, with a strong understanding of their needs and pain points
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
