Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager II, your primary focus will be on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth across our diverse customer base. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing customized customer success plans to meet the unique needs and goals of our customers
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers through regular communication, proactive issue resolution, and timely issue escalation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive business growth

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Success Manager II at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding customer retention and growth goals in prior roles
  • Strong understanding of customer needs, pain points, and motivations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team

  • 5+ years of in-office dental practice experience (or a related field)
  • Experience managing a large customer base (100+ accounts)
