Job Summary

As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients through email and data tracking tools. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their needs. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) - Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles - Technical Skills: Proficient in email communication and Microsoft Excel - Availability: Available to work Monday through Friday, 10am–2pm EST - Time Management: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage time and multitask effectively - Professionalism: Professional, reliable, and self-motivated, with a strong work ethic
