We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative (German) to join our client-facing business function where exceptional support is our top priority. Our support team is dedicated to creating a platform where users receive top-quality assistance with fast response times and accurate information. We handle customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform via ticketing systems and live chat. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, advocating for our customers and gathering valuable feedback to ensure exceptional service standards and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle high amounts of live chat and phone calls with professionalism and empathy
- Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
- Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers, addressing their queries and concerns
- Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within the time limits, and follow up to secure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality
- Go the extra mile to engage customers, build relationships, and foster loyalty
Requirements:
* 1+ years of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative
Fluent in English and German
, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Willing to work weekends and irregular hours
, including night shifts, to ensure 24/7 customer support
- Strong ability to use IT for professional use and handle somewhat technical queries from customers
- Exceptional written communication skills and a good listener, with the ability to empathize with customers
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively in a fast-paced environment
