What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Communicating with customers through phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Researching and problem-solving to provide solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed
  • Operating with empathy, active listening, and a willingness to learn, applying our customer-centric culture to every interaction
  • Engaging with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to cultivate a culture of collaboration and customer satisfaction
  • Adapting to change with the business needs of the company, being flexible with your schedule and working overtime as needed

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2 years of customer service experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask, maintaining a conversation on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and efficient internet browsing to assist customers
  • Ability to adapt to change, with a flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information
  • High school graduate or equivalent experience
  • Willingness and ability to pass a background check

Technical Requirements

To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:

  • A work area large enough to accommodate computer monitors and free from distractions, including background noise
  • A reliable wired, high-speed internet and broadband connection, with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
  • A high-speed internet connection provided by arenaflex, with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam provided
  • A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
