Key Responsibilities:

As an LP Customer Service Associate II at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintaining a thorough knowledge of arenaflex's policies, procedures, and products to ensure accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborating with the Loss Prevention team to identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities, ensuring a safe and secure shopping environment for customers
  • Conducting thorough investigations and reporting incidents, including theft, damage, and other security-related issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including incident reports, customer complaints, and security-related data
  • Participating in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures
  • Working effectively with colleagues across departments to achieve common goals and objectives, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or Loss Prevention environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, criminology, or security) preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in Loss Prevention or a related field (e.g., security, law enforcement)

  • Knowledge of retail operations, including store layout, inventory management, and customer service principles
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn and adapt to our business
  • Certification in Loss Prevention or a related field (e.g., CPP, CFI)
