The Role

As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer support via live chat on our website. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and providing feedback to the team on customer interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing live chat support to customers via our website, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Answering questions about products and services, providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary.
  • Tracking and managing customer interactions, maintaining accurate records of customer conversations and feedback.
  • Providing feedback to the team on customer feedback, helping us to improve our products and services.

Key Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
