Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and friendly Female Receptionist and Customer Service Representative to join our arenaflex Store team. As a key point of contact for our customers, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers warmly and provide a positive first impression of the arenaflex Store

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
• Handle customer transactions, including processing payments and issuing refunds
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including answering phones and responding to emails
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and support
• Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging shopping experience
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer feedback and sales data
• Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to customers

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in retail or hospitality

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
