Job Summary

As a Plumbing Dispatcher, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules of plumbing technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery to our customers. This role involves handling customer inquiries, dispatching technicians to job sites, maintaining accurate records, assisting with parts and equipment inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. You will work closely with the service team to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate the schedules of plumbing technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Dispatch technicians to job sites and ensure that all necessary information is communicated effectively
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technician schedules, and service delivery
• Assist with parts and equipment inventory management to ensure that all necessary materials are available for technicians
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
• Collaborate with the service team to optimize operations and enhance customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer loyalty and retention

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a plus

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of plumbing services and terminology is preferred
• Proficiency in using dispatch and scheduling software (Service Titan/Field Edge knowledge is a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a customer service or dispatch role, preferably in the plumbing industry

• Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards
• Certification in a related field, such as plumbing or customer service
• Experience with inventory management and parts ordering
