Responsibilities
As an Airport Agent, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our passengers, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and ticketing experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting passengers and providing a warm welcome to their travel experience
- Utilizing our reservation/ticketing software to rebook itineraries and issue boarding passes
- Interacting with customers in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner
- Lifting and handling bags weighing up to 75 pounds
- Working irregular and/or extended hours, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications
To be successful as an Airport Agent, you'll need:

- 18 years or older
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
