Key Responsibilities
As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, as required
- Verifying information provided to our clients by 3rd party entities using online databases to cross-check information
- Reviewing and completing Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by our clients
- Performing data entry, vendor resource verifications, board certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses
- Ensuring timely and quality execution of tasks
- Performing additional duties and tasks as required by arenaflex

Qualifications
To succeed as a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll need:
- Flexibility: Willingness to work on both voice and non-voice processes
- Experience: Previous experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales, or related sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Availability: Available to work 40 hours per week, starting immediately
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to process and information changes
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Technical Skills: A stable internet connection and a computer-savvy mindset
- Stability: A reliable and stable work setup
