Position Description:
Northeastern Junior College is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Assistant Men's Basketball Coach. This position will be responsible for assisting the Head Men's Basketball Coach with the day-to-day operations of the Men's basketball program to include recruitment, retention and graduation of student athletes, fundraising, and marketing of the program. It also includes responsibilities to athletics game management, program fundraising and department wide fundraising. In addition, this position will be responsible for reporting game results immediately following contests as well as assisting in promoting the program through social media and other avenues. This is a professional staff position reporting directly to the Head Men's Basketball Coach and Athletic Director/Event Center Director.

- Prior knowledge and experience coaching college Men's Basketball or playing college basketball preferred, high school experience.
- Interpersonal Skills must be excellent
- Prior experience working in a team setting
- Must be eligible to obtain CDL within 3 months of hire.
