- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, with 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and foster a positive work environment.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing; Master’s degree preferred.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient-centered approach to care.
