- Identify and qualify new business opportunities with public and private companies offering employee equity compensation programs.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, email outreach, and targeted campaigns.
- Build relationships with issuer stakeholders including HR, Total Rewards, Finance, and Stock Plan Administration teams.
- Schedule and support discovery meetings and product demonstrations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, outreach activity, and opportunity management in HubSpot CRM.
- Support proposal development, RFP responses, and sales presentations.
- Collaborate with product, operations, and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of inside sales, business development, or financial services experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience managing sales activity and pipeline within HubSpot CRM or similar platforms.
- Ability to learn and communicate complex financial or technical concepts.
- Exposure to equity compensation or stock plan administration.
- Familiarity with equity awards such as stock options, RSUs, or ESPPs.
- Experience working with corporate HR, Finance, or Total Rewards stakeholders.
- Consistently generating qualified sales opportunities
- Building a strong sales pipeline
- Contributing to new client acquisition and revenue growth
