- Develop a team-level agile maturity model and assisting teams to self-assess against the maturity model
- Develop a coaching model/approach and roadmap for OEB
- Implement the coaching model and roadmap and hands-on coaching of teams.
- Help upskill project managers, Scrum Masters, and Kanban Catalysts
- Work with the OEB Value Management Office Lead on Objectives, Key Results, and Strategy for Agile maturity at the OEB level
- Help the teams adopt and improve agile approaches for delivering IT products and services
- knowledge and experience about different Agile approaches and how they can be applied pragmatically in different settings
- Help teams align their efforts so that they can effectively and efficiently deliver value to customers
- Work to leverage and select tools to help teams get visibility into their work and to capture useful metrics
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of related experience
- At least 3 years of team coaching experience
- At least 3 years of experience using Agile Tools
- At least 2 years as a Scrum Master, Kanban Practitioner, Product Owner, or another role in an Agile team
- Experience coaching teams/individuals
- Experience with Kanban board design, Maturity model development, and maturity assessment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
