About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven Social Media Intern to help us level up our digital presence. If you live on your FYP, love dissecting why a post went viral, and enjoy engaging with online communities, we want to hear from you.
This role is a blend of creative ideation and strategic analysis, perfect for someone who wants to see the full lifecycle of a social post.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting & Community Management: Own the daily publishing schedule across all platforms. You’ll be responding to comments, sparking conversations, and fostering a vibrant community.
- Social Reporting & Insights: Go beyond the "like" button. You will track weekly and monthly performance metrics, translate data into actionable insights, and help us understand what content truly resonates with our audience.
- Trend Testing & Experimentation: Stay ahead of the curve. You’ll be responsible for identifying emerging trends, sounds, and platform features, then helping run rapid-fire experiments to see how we can pivot them for our brand with a focus on TikTok.
- Video & Photography: Capture and edit photos and videos for use across social channels, campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and whatever platform just launched yesterday.
- An analytical mindset. You enjoy looking at a spreadsheet and checking things off the list.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Comfort moving fast, working independently, and making ideas happen from start to finish.
- Working towards a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Strong creative POV with the ability to make content that is scroll-stopping, binge-worthy, and unique.
- A passion for health, wellness, and mission-driven brands, with alignment to Supergut’s values and vision.
- Bonus: Experience with social media analytics tools and using data to inform content decisions.
- Bonus: Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and video editing software (Capcut).
