Job Summary

As a Part Time Flexible Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Consulting with customers on their rental needs and maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services
• Overcoming customer objections and ensuring that customers receive world-class customer service and sales support
• Shuttling customers to and from our locations
• Ensuring vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, which includes cleaning vehicles, assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers

• Consult with customers on their rental needs and maximize revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services
• Overcome customer objections and ensure that customers receive world-class customer service and sales support
• Shuttling customers to and from our locations
• Ensure vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, which includes:

+ Cleaning vehicles + Assessing damage + Fueling + Refilling all fluids

Qualifications

* Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

• Ability to possess all auditory, speaking, and communicating capabilities necessary to complete the responsibilities detailed above
• Essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to:

+ Sitting + Standing + Walking + Bending and twisting + Climbing + Driving + Pushing and pulling + Speaking + Hearing + Writing + Lifting + Seeing + Reading

• Knowledge of equipment operation, including:

+ Computer terminal + Telephone + Calculator + Copy machine + Fax machine
