Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* At least 1 year of recent call center experience, with a strong track record of customer service and problem-solving

  • Ability to work from home with a private, distraction-free workspace
  • Reliable high-speed wired internet connection (hot-spots not accepted)
  • Basic technical troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve common issues
  • Commitment to full scheduled shifts and performance metrics
  • High school diploma or equivalent
